National Grief Awareness Day in the UK

Blessings Friends,

Today is National Grief Awareness Day in the UK

Grief Awareness serves as an important reminder that we are not alone and that we don’t need to suffer in silence. Grief is a universal experience shared by all, yet every individual processes it in their own unique and personal way. This is why offering empathy, compassion, and deep understanding to those who are navigating their own healing journeys through grief is so important at this time.

In honour of National Grief Awareness Day, I will set aside some quiet time today, dedicating it specifically in prayer to the souls who have passed away. I will also hold space for their families and loved ones, who continue to cherish their precious memories while navigating the difficult journey of grief.

I will also focus prayers for all who have experienced grief in various other forms—whether through losing a job, facing financial difficulties, experiencing relationship and family breakups, or struggling with physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual trauma, and who have been diagnosed with an unexpected illness. Praying for peace, comfort, and strength in body, mind and soul.

Throughout September, I will provide free online support through uplifting emails, texts, healing prayers, and by being a listening friend…

This support will be offered specifically to those individuals within the community who I know have lost a loved one within Sushumna Chapel… If you would like to be added to this group, please let me know.

Blessings & Love
